Invictus is powered by Shopify. However, all sales are made directly with Invictus. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and Invictus. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims arising from your purchases with Invictus.

All personal information collected through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify also collects and processes certain personal information to provide and improve the Services. These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. You and Invictus consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Norway for any disputes arising under these Terms.
